IMPORTANT message to Refs/Parents

We have a huge problem with refs/parents calling in very late to tell us that they cannot referee on that day. This impacts on the afternoons games in a huge way and makes the court managers job very difficult, we are also getting complaints from teams because they only have one referee. We understand that sometimes, late notice cannot be helped if the kids get sick at school, however even a few hours more notice would make a huge difference, and enable our court managers to call for back-up!

So please, let the court manager know by text or phone call as soon as you can. (Preferably the day before). Please DO NOT call the stadium. (Ph Numbers above.)
