A New Payment System

Attention : Senior Men, Women & Unisex team delegates and players.
A New Payment System is being implemented for the next Competition, commencing 2/2/2012, for Senior Women and Unisex. Senior Men’s last Competition was run along these lines with great success.
Team Nomination- $95.00 to be paid before Friday 3rd Feb. Nomination Form to be submitted with Payment. This has always been the case; however teams are very lax in returning nom forms and payments.
Team delegates will receive 2 invoices for the payments of their game fees for the entire competition, excluding semis and finals which will be payable on the night. Delegates are responsible ensuring they are “on the Ball” with” who” has paid “what” for their team!
The Competition will run for approx 20 weeks including semis and finals.
The first invoice will be given on Round 1. It will be for 10 x weeks = $600.00.(Unisex 8 weeks) Games must still be paid for on the night, rounds 1, 2, and 3- if a bulk amount has not been paid . There are no free games, pay and play. Teams are no longer permitted to get behind in game fees.
This invoice must be paid IN FULL by the commencement of games on round 3, 16th Feb.
Any team not having made the full payment will not be put in the draw for week 4.
The second invoice will be given on round 9 of competition for the remainder of the competition. This invoice is due by week 11.Adjustments will be made for byes and forfeits on this invoice. Any credit owing to the team at the conclusion of the competition can be put towards next comp, if the team desires. Otherwise, a credit notice will be given to the team delegate, and they decide how they would like to receive payment.
Teams that forfeit in the second half of the competition will be charged additional fees; teams that pull out must pay the entire competition fees, as per Gosford City Basketball By Laws.
